The IFT represents PreK-12 teachers in school districts across Illinois. The IFT is a proponent for teachers and education at the local level in our members' school districts and in the state legislature. From contract negotiations to student testing to pensions, the IFT works to protect teacher rights and provide professional support for members teaching in public and private schools.
