Thank you for your incredible activism, energy, and commitment throughout this election season and on Election Day!
Across the state, IFT members showed up, spoke out, and made their voices heard on the issues that matter to our schools, our communities, and working families.
You canvassed neighborhoods in support of IFT-endorsed candidates, educated colleagues and community members about the stakes of this election, and helped raise awareness about the issues that matter most, including fully funding public education, affordable healthcare, pension fairness, and more.
You also spread the word about the critical need to pass referendums across the state to fix school funding and ensure millionaires pay their fair share to support our schools and public services. You made thousands of phone calls, sent countless texts, had important conversations and, of course, you voted!
Every conversation, every call, every text, and every door knocked helped people better understand the issues in this election that are hurting our schools and communities. Your efforts made a difference, and we will see the real impact as the results come in.

The fight doesn't stop here. While Election Day may be behind us, our work is far from over. Take a moment to catch your breath and celebrate all that you've accomplished. Then join us on Thursday, November 5, at 6 p.m. for an all-member tele-town hall on what the election results mean for us and how we keep up the fight for full funding for public education.
