Each of these courses provides Professional Development (PD) credit for preK-12 license renewal through the IFT. (After you have registered and attended, you will receive the documentation needed to receive your PD credit.)

Our national union, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) is also offering members a variety of opportunities this summer.

  • AFT TEACH, the union's biennial professional learning conference, will be held online from July 6-10. Educators and union activists can access more than 50 workshops, general sessions, and special events and PD credit is available.

  • AFT Summer Educator Academy will offer a wide variety of both train-the-trainer and participant-only courses online, beginning as soon as July 19.

  • Share My Lesson on demand webinars are also available. IFT members can now receive PD credit for participation! (Email sharemylesson@ift-aft.org with questions.)

Your unions are excited to provide these summer learning opportunities to help members grow and thrive, both professionally and personally. We hope you'll review the options and register today!
